This document is for disrupting the old habits in a way where we do consciously new and different things each day. Habit and pattern brakes have a tendency to put you to a flow state and activate your brain so that you learn to be more engaged and mindful in what you do. This document challenges you with 25 different things, but I also encourage you to be creative with your daily habit brakes. Just be conscious in what ever you do and have fun!
